SERVICES, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE MyCheapLeads.com SERVICES OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE MyCheapLeads.com SERVICES. THIS LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO THE COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA. IN ADDITION, ANY SUITS OR LEGAL ACTION BROUGHT AGAINST MyCheapLeads Corp., ITS AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUBSIDIARIES OR ANY PERSONS ASSOCIATED WITH MyCheapLeads Corp. MUST BE FILED AND PURSUED IN THE CITY OF CALGARY, PROVINCE OF ALBERTA, CANADA.

MyCheapLeads Corp. does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that our web site or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components. MyCheapLeads Corp. does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in our web site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You (and not MyCheapLeads Corp.) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing repair or correction.

REFUND POLICY

You are agreeing that you are purchasing access to the services by MyCheapLeads Corp. by your own accord without any coercion or intimidation by anyone associated with or not with MyCheapLeads Corp. Because the membership gives you access to thousands of leads, resources, e-books and other media there will be no refunds on any payments. It will be at our discretion if we choose to make any refunds. In addition, you agree not to attempt to charge back or dispute any charges made by MyCheapLeads Corp. to your credit card, PayPal account, StormPay account or any other payment processing listed at MyCheapLeads Corp. today or in the future. You agree that if you pay monthly, your payment will be paid to MyCheapLeads Corp. every 30 days from your initial membership start date and that you will faithfully pay each payment. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

All we ask is that you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Take a few minutes to look them over because by using our daily email list you automatically agree to them. Naturally, if you don't agree, please do not use the daily email list. We reserve the right to make any modifications that we deem necessary at any time. Please continue to check these terms to see what those changes may be. Your continued use of the daily leads from MyCheapLeads.com means that you accept them as is.

1. You are using these leads at your own risk. ISPs and internet services have varying policies. E-mail marketing can be risky. We take no responsibility for any losses that might occur using these leads.

2. You may not use these leads to promote pornography or anything else illegal.

3. When sending out your leads with your own bulk email program you must include your own remove links.

4. You must place a remove link in your emails: even though it is a one time confirmation. One easy way to do this is to say: "To be removed from this list simply reply back to this email with REMOVE in the subject line". If someone "opts-out" be sure and to NOT send them an email again! It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to manage your remove requests (as mentioned above). This is a very simple process; you just have to make sure you do it.

5. Keep track of unsubscribed e-mails:

Create a new text file; call it "remove.txt" and add anyone's e-mail address who wants to be removed to that list. Please keep this file for your records and always filter your leads against it.
